Master Data Management Business Analyst - Informatica

Eram Talent is seeking a proficient Master Data Management (MDM) Business Analyst - Informatica to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that Informatica-based MDM solutions effectively meet organizational data management needs.

You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing existing data processes, and collaborating with technical teams on solution design and implementation. You will also help in identifying data quality issues, facilitate data governance activities, and support ongoing MDM initiatives to improve data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

If selected, the work location would be onsite at Al Khobar.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their master data requirements, document data definitions, and analyze data structures for optimal data management.
• Plan and execute data migration activities, including data mapping, data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, during system upgrades or platform transitions.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, implement access controls, and monitor data usage to protect sensitive master data.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing master data sets to identify discrepancies, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide insights into master data quality, trends, and performance, supporting decision-making processes.
• Facilitate change management activities related to master data management initiatives, including communication, training, and stakeholder
• Develop and enforce master data governance policies, standards, and processes to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to map data sources, define data hierarchies, and create data models that support effective master data management.
• Define and implement data standardization rules and processes to harmonize master data elements across disparate systems and business units.
• Coordinate the integration of master data management solutions with existing enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required
• 5+ Years of Work Experience as a Master Data Management (MDM) Business Analyst or similar role is required.
• Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) preferred
• Certifications in MDM or Informatica is highly preferred.
• Experience in Information Technology / Data Solutions / Networking / Cybersecurity preferred
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in Master Data Management (MDM).
• Strong understanding of MDM principles, data governance, and data quality management.
• Experience with MDM tools (e.g., Informatica, SAP MDG, Oracle) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
