Alomar Holding Company is a leading Saudi-based diversified group specializing in real estate development, property and asset management, and strategic business ventures. As we expand our portfolio, we are seeking a Marketing Supervisor to drive impactful marketing initiatives for our real estate projects in Riyadh.
This role is pivotal in shaping the company's market presence and lead generation efforts, working closely with both digital and offline channels. You will lead a dynamic team, collaborate with sales and external partners, and optimize campaigns to achieve ambitious targets.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead and supervise the marketing team, overseeing both digital and offline activities
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for real estate projects, including launches and off-plan developments
• Manage social media, performance marketing, and lead generation strategies
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to align campaigns with inventory and sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with agencies, influencers, and media partners
• Track, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads, cost per lead (CPL), and conversion rates to maximize campaign effectivenessRequirements
Required Qualifications:
• Saudi nationality
• Native Arabic proficiency and good English skills
• 3–5 years of professional marketing experience, including at least 2 years in real estate marketing (developer or brokerage)
• Team management experience, having led 2–3 or more team members
• Proven track record in planning and executing marketing campaigns for real estate project launches, including off-plan projects
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and CRM systems for lead management and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable performance outcomes such as qualified lead volume, cost per lead (CPL), and conversion rates
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience building performance reporting dashboards in Looker Studio
• Google Ads and/or Meta certification
• Experience in off-plan project marketing

Requirements
