What's the role?
The official job title is Marketing Specialist - Production Design and role will be based in Dubai, UAE.
The role is responsible for delivering high-quality marketing and communications assets that support brand, campaign and PXGEO-related initiatives across multiple channels, while ensuring brand consistency. This position requires strong brand and production ownership, cross-functional collaboration and the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Own and maintain the PXGEO corporate brand identity, ensuring consistent application of brand standards, templates, and visual guidelines across all company touchpoints, business units, offices and external communications.
- Manage, maintain, and develop a centralized and easily accessible library of brand assets, templates, image media library, creative resources and production files.
- Coordinate and oversee the production of branded materials and projects, including timelines, approvals, deliverables and quality control; ensure compliance with brand specifications, standards and visual consistency prior to publication or production.
- Act as the primary production support for marketing and communications initiatives, producing and/or organising both physical and digital assets for corporate communications, campaigns, launches and digital platforms, including website brand implementation and visual consistency.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Design, or a related field.
- With 3–5 years of experience in a production, marketing operations, or creative services role.
- Working knowledge of production and creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, project management platforms, CMS or DAM systems).
- Exposure to Microsoft Suite applications.
- Strong production and project coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
