• Brand: MövenpickWe are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the hotel’s marketing, communications, digital presence, and public relations activities.

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the role is responsible for strengthening the hotel’s brand positioning, increasing market visibility, and supporting commercial objectives through effective marketing and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the hotel’s annual marketing and communications plan in line with Mövenpick and Accor brand standards.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, website content, and online campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Lead public relations, media relations, press releases, and external communications.
• Develop creative campaigns to promote rooms, restaurants, offers, and key hotel activities.
• Coordinate photography, videography, content creation, and marketing collateral.
• Manage relationships with media, influencers, agencies, and external partners.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all communication channels.
• Work closely with Sales, Revenue, F&B, and operational departments to support business and revenue objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, digital analytics, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective return on investment.
• Support internal communications and key hotel events when required.
• Ensure all marketing and communication activities comply with Accor and Mövenpick brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Previous experience in a hotel or international hospitality brand is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and public relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong creative thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in managing agencies, media, influencers, and external partners.
• Good understanding of branding, campaign management, and marketing analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
