Manager – Employee Relations is responsible for ensuring that the employees and students are paid accurately and on time in line with the terms and conditions of their employment agreements. In addition s/he is responsible for implementation and running of the Qatari Nationals Pension Scheme and for the processing of schooling allowances and business related expenses. As custodian of the employee records, s/he will be responsible for ensuring the employee records are kept accurate and up to date. Incumbent is responsible for developing internal HR Audit methodology, implementing and reporting on outcomes.
