About the Role
Al-Ayuni is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across infrastructure, construction, industrial, and service sectors. This role is key to expanding the companyās market presence, developing the pipeline, and strengthening client engagement in line with Al-Ayuniās strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Identify and track new business and project opportunities.
⢠Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and sector analysis.
⢠Lead the preparation of EOIs, RFQs, and prequalification submissions.
⢠Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Engineering, Operations) for bid compliance.
⢠Manage and update the business development pipeline and CRM system.
⢠Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, consultants, and government entities.
⢠Represent Al-Ayuni at industry events and exhibitions.
Qualifications
⢠Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
⢠6ā10 yearsā experience in business development, project coordination, or pre-sales within infrastructure, construction, or industrial sectors.
⢠Experience in proposal preparation, tendering, and market analysis preferred.
⢠Strong analytical, communication, and business writing skills.
⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and Oracle CX.
⢠Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Requirements
