We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machines to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality output in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate assigned machines according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Set up machines, adjust parameters, and ensure proper calibration before and during production runs.
Monitor machine performance and product quality, taking corrective actions when required.
Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance to minimize downtime.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements.
Record production data, downtime, and quality checks accurately in the system or logs.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S standards).
Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training programs.
Work closely with supervisors, technicians, and quality teams to achieve production targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or technical certificate (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial field is a plus).
Previous experience in operating manufacturing or packaging machines is preferred.
Basic understanding of mechanical systems and production processes.
Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Willingness to work shifts and in a team-oriented environment.
