• Select the appropriate crane and accessories for each lifting task
• Prepare the lift plan and implement necessary safety and operational controls

• Close-out all Inspection Work Orders following the completion of Third-Party Inspection by uploading Final Certificate after the review / approval
• Ensure the close-out of all recommendations raised by Third Party Lifting Surveyor before the due date of next inspection or as per the given duration in the Certificate
• Ensure the Lifting Equipment under Load Test / Proof Load Test is ready for the test by delegating a competent Appointed Person to check the lifting equipment as per the approved Action Plan / Method Statement or perform the checking by himself in addition to the availability of valid certificates for the Lifting Appliances / Accessories to be utilized for the Load Test / Proof Load Test
