Lifestyle Mixologist

Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious and creative Mixologist with a luxury background to join El Cedro and deliver a memorable and unique bar experience.

This role goes beyond mixing drinks — it is about creating engaging moments, building connections with guests, and bringing energy and personality to the bar. The Mixologist will combine technical expertise with creativity and strong guest interaction to elevate the overall experience.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 year of experience as a bartender or mixologist is required

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends

Core Responsibilities Bar Experience & Service

• Create a memorable and personalized guest experience through engaging service

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including classic and signature cocktails

• Act as a host of the space, building strong connections with guests

Creativity & Product Knowledge

• Stay updated on trends, ingredients, and innovative cocktail techniques

• Contribute to new ideas and cocktail creations

• Maintain strong knowledge of beverages, including wines, spirits, and their origins

Operations & Standards

• Ensure the bar is clean, organized, and operating efficiently at all times

• Handle cash and transactions accurately, maintaining attention to detail

• Follow all safety, hygiene, and company standards

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service

• Support a positive, energetic, and professional work environment

• Contribute to training and sharing knowledge within the team
