Lead / Senior Engineer – Power Platform

What You will do:

• Lead the architecture and development of scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and developers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Define best practices, coding standards, and governance models for Power Platform development. Power App Development

• Designing apps using Dataverse tables, forms, views, and dashboards.
• Understanding app navigation, sitemap configuration, and responsive design. Dataverse Expertise

• Creating and managing tables, columns, and relationships.
• Implementing calculated, rollup fields, virtual entities.
• Managing data types, option sets, and lookups.
• Configuring Dataverse Search and filtering.
• API development using Dataverse Business Logic & Automation

• Creating business rules for form-level logic.
• Using Power Automate for workflows and external integration.
• Implementing synchronous/asynchronous processes.
• Perform read operations on Databrick datasets from Power Apps. Security Model

• Understanding, Configuring security roles, field-level security, and team-based access.
• Understanding business units and hierarchy-based access control.
• MS Active directory integration for SSO.
• Masking of PII data. Power Automate Integration

• Automating workflows triggered by Dataverse events.
• Connecting to external systems via connectors. UI/UX Design Implementation

• Implementing intuitive and responsive interfaces.
• Using themes, icons, and layout containers effectively.
• Use HTML to create interactive UI components or visualizations Power Fx & Expressions

• Writing formulas for logic, validation, and dynamic behavior. Connectors & APIs

• Using standard/custom connectors.
• Integrating REST APIs and external services. XRM JavaScript Development

• Writing client-side scripts using the XRM API.
• Handling form events (onLoad, onSave, onChange).
• Using Xrm.WebApi for CRUD operations. C# Plugin Development

• Writing server-side logic using the Dataverse SDK.
• Registering plugins for Create, Update, Delete, and Retrieve events.
• Managing execution context and secure configurations. Web Resources

• Creating and deploying JavaScript, HTML, and CSS resources.
• Embedding custom UI components in forms. Solution Management & ALM

• Working with managed/unmanaged solutions.
• Using environment variables and connection references.
• Implementing CI/CD pipelines for deployment Database

• Strong proficiency in SQL (complex joins, subqueries, indexing).
• Experience with performance tuning and query optimization.
• Store Procedures and functions. What You will Bring:

• Strong communication skills with a team-centric approach to discussion and decision-making within a distributed team.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 9+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
