Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Deliver projects on-time and within budget
• Own technical scope and engineering deliverables
• Reduce project risks through proactive mitigation
• Coordinate stakeholders to unblock engineering execution
• Ensure quality via reviews, testing, and commissioning
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years engineering project leadership experience
- Proven delivery of complex projects (design to commissioning)
- Strong understanding of engineering standards and processes
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Project engineering and systems integration
- Requirements, design review, and technical documentation
- Risk management and mitigation planning
- Testing, commissioning, and quality assurance
- Tools: MS Project, Jira, AutoCAD/Revit (as applicable)
- Cross-functional leadership and communication
- Stakeholder management and negotiation
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Ownership and accountability
- Risk-aware planning and execution
