Lead Data Architect

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Architects, driving excellence in data design and engineering practices
• Define and evolve the AI data architecture roadmap in line with enterprise and regulatory requirements
• Oversee the delivery of scalable, secure, and reliable data platforms to support AI and analytics use cases
• Establish and enforce data governance, quality, and lineage standards across all AI data assets
• Collaborate with AI Engineering, MLOps, and Data Science teams to ensure seamless data flow and model readiness
• Evaluate and implement emerging data technologies to enhance scalability, automation, and performance
• Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on data architecture strategy and innovation

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• 10+ years of experience in data architecture or data engineering roles within complex technology environments
• Expertise in distributed data systems and tools (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Delta Lake, Snowflake, BigQuery)
• Strong background in data modeling, metadata management, and governance in regulated domains
• Familiarity with ML data workflows and integration with cloud-based AI platforms
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and infrastructure-as-code tools for data platform deployment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s or Masters’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required
