The Key Objectives for this Role

• Support the subcontracting process from pre‑award to post‑award stages

• Assist in preparation and issuance of tender packages for subcontracted services

• Ensure compliance with Wood procedures, policies, and commercial standards

• Maintain accurate subcontract records, documentation, and correspondence

• Support senior team members in negotiation and clarification meetings

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain function
