<h3><strong>About Your Role</strong></h3>
<p>If you’re the kind of person who naturally brings people together and loves a good story, this is your seat. We aren't looking for a corporate messenger; we’re looking for a <strong>Culture Champion.</strong> This role is about making sure our team members (across all offices and time zones) actually feel like they belong to something big.</p>
<p>You’ll be the voice that keeps everyone in the loop and the hands that build the "buzz" through events that people actually want to attend. We’re a fast-growing team, which means you’ll get to work on a bit of everything—from All-Hands events to spotlighting the amazing people behind our projects. If you're proactive, a bit of a storyteller, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty to get things done, you’ll fit right in.</p>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Craft the Narrative:</strong> You will add a lens of storytelling to all messaging and content shared with employees so that it sticks with them long after they’ve seen it.</li>
<li><strong>Spearhead Immersive Events:</strong> From high-stakes All-Hands meetings to team-building celebrations, you’ll lead the charge on events that foster a real sense of community by being our primary "boots on the ground" in Riyadh.</li>
<li><strong>Process Architecture:</strong> You won't just follow the path; you'll help build it. You will identify existing process gaps and critically analyze ways we can improve them alongside our stakeholders.</li>
<li><strong>Curate the Digital Hub:</strong> Ideate and support in keeping our internal portals fresh and user-friendly. Whether it’s a quick poll, an infographic, or a video, you’ll make sure our digital space reflects our "Simplicity" pillar.</li>
<li><strong>Highlight our People:</strong> Grow our Talent Brand and lead employee spotlights to tell the human stories behind our amazing work.</li>
<li><strong>Stakeholder Ninja: </strong>Work closely with multiple stakeholders including the People & Culture team, Executive Leadership, the CEO Office, and cross-functional teams like Finance and Design.</li>

<h3><strong>Your Expertise</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>2–4 Years of Experience:</strong> You’ve spent some time in comms, events, or marketing, and you’re ready to take on more ownership.</li>
<li><strong>Educational Background:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Visual Communications, Business, or a related field.</li>
<li><strong>Bilingual Fluency:</strong> Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in both Arabic and English.</li>
<li><strong>Event Savvy:</strong> You’ve planned events before and know how to keep your cool when things go sideways. You take the lead on solving the problem rather than waiting for a manual.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills:</strong></p>

<li><strong>Human-Centric Storytelling:</strong> You have a knack for turning a technical project update into an interesting story. You write like a human, not a robot.</li>
<li><strong>Topic Expert:</strong> You are a self-starter who can dive deep into a complex topic, ask the right questions, and find your own answers to become a go-to resource.</li>
<li><strong>Visual Storyteller:</strong> You’re a pro at crafting short-form content (think TikTok/Reels style) that people actually want to watch. You can walk into any event or situation and know exactly how to capture and direct it so it feels like a well-crafted story.</li>
<li><strong>Strategic Thinker:</strong> You don't just "post things"—you understand <em>why</em> we are communicating and how it helps Tamara win.</li>
<li><strong>The Organized Creative:</strong> You have a demonstrated ability to take creative ideas and turn them into structured deliverables. </li>
