Job Purpose
DP World is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HSE Training & Programme Manager Intern to join our Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team at our Head Office.
This 3 month internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a globally recognised logistics and supply chain leader. The intern will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of HSE training programmes while contributing to compliance and audit activities across the business.
This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in HSE management within a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Key Accountabilities
• Assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of HSE training programmes and materials for employees across various business units.
• Support the scheduling and tracking of mandatory HSE training certifications and ensure records are maintained accurately in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers to coordinate logistics for training sessions and awareness campaigns.
• Work with stakeholders to create comprehensive onboarding experiences.Qualifications and Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, high-performance team environment.
