Ontime Healthcare is seeking an Immediate Joiner Accountant with experience in UAE auditing to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with UAE regulations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage auditing processes and contribute to our company's financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Conduct internal audits to assess financial controls and ensure adherence to standards
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly balance sheets and income statements
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of the annual audit with external auditors
• Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements
• Implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency
• Support management with financial analysis and budget forecasting
• Continuously improve financial processes and systems Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, particularly in auditing in the UAE
• Strong understanding of auditing principles and financial regulations in the UAE
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills in both written and verbal forms
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus Benefits
