HVAC / Fire Protection Engineer - Buildings/Residential Projects (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is seeking a qualified HVAC / Fire Protection Engineer to join our team working on Buildings and Residential Projects in Saudi Arabia. This role involves designing, reviewing, and overseeing the installation of HVAC and fire protection systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated solutions that meet project specifications and client requirements. The engineer will also participate in site inspections, risk assessments, and ensure all systems function optimally within building environments.

If selected, the work location would be onsite at Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years’ experience of mechanical engineering principles. with a preference minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in HVAC system or Fire protection system in building/residential projects.
• You must be able to demonstrate experience in mechanical system design HVAC or Fire protection, installation, and testing.
• Knowledge of cost estimation and procurement processes related to mechanical projects is preferred.
• Experience with technical report writing and documentation is also necessary
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles and fire protection codes and standards applicable in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with local and international building codes and regulations.
• Professional certifications in HVAC and/or fire protection engineering are advantageous.
