Project Manager - Aviation Industry

Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Holdings, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager for the Aviation Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating aviation-related projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients within the aviation sector to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

The Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial concept through to implementation and handover, ensuring compliance with aviation industry regulations and standards. You will be expected to identify risks, manage resources, and foster excellent communication among all project partners to maintain project alignment and success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in the aviation industry or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Proven track record of managing aviation projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge of the Middle East aviation market is an advantage.
