JASARA is currently engaged in an upcoming framework agreement for construction supervision in several regions across KSA (EOI)

HSE Officer RP03 (EOI)
Role Overview
Support the implementation and monitoring of HSE requirements across construction activities, ensuring safe working practices and compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily construction activities for HSE compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify unsafe conditions and practices.
- Ensure Contractor compliance with approved HSE plans, procedures, and risk assessments.
- Monitor toolbox talks, permits, and safe work practices.
- Support incident reporting and investigation.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in HSE meetings, audits, and awareness activities.
- Prepare HSE observations, inspection reports, and daily/weekly reports.
- Escalate significant HSE risks and violations to the HSE Manager.Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in construction supervision or major civil engineering projects.
- Experience working directly with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives on site.
- Good knowledge of HSE procedures and site safety requirements.
- Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
- Diploma or BSc in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant HSE experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of risk assessments is a plus.Preferred Certifications
- NEBOSH IGC
- IOSH
- First Aid / CPR
Requirements
- •Experience in construction supervision or major civil engineering projects

- •Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
