• Stay abreast of changes in HSE legislation and best practices, ensuring the organization remains compliant and informed. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in HSE management, particularly in the construction sector.
• Thorough understanding of HSE legislation, standards, and procedures.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence a safety culture across various teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and train employees at all levels.
• Certifications in HSE (NEBOSH, OSHA) or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
