Elevator / Escalator Inspector

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Elevator / Escalator Inspector to inspect, evaluate, and ensure the safe operation of elevators and escalators. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge and experience in identifying faults, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and preparing inspection reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of elevators and escalators to ensure they meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Identify mechanical, electrical, and operational issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure all equipment complies with UAE safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors for repairs or improvements.
• Monitor installation and maintenance work to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Investigate incidents or malfunctions and provide technical recommendations.Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in elevator and escalator inspection, maintenance, or related field.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, safety standards, and inspection procedures.
• Ability to identify technical faults and provide solutions.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Preferred Skills:

• Certification in elevator/escalator inspection or relevant technical qualification.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations and safety codes related to vertical transportation systems.
