Position Overview
The HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR activities with a strong focus on in-house recruitment for high-volume, entry-to-mid-level roles (e.g., drivers, cleaners, support staff, and other operational roles). This role requires someone resourceful, organized, and confident in sourcing and screening candidates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and support roles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and local channels
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate hiring processes
• Support onboarding and documentation for new hires
• Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and employee support
• Coordinate with department managers on workforce needs
• Ensure smooth and timely hiring to meet business demands
Requirements
• Proven experience in in-house recruitment (high-volume hiring preferred)
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills with an active and well-established network
• Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
