Head Waiter

We are looking for an energetic, charismatic, and highly experienced Head Waiter to join the team at Little Krazy. This is not a traditional fine-dining environment — we are looking for someone who brings personality, energy, confidence, and a genuine love for creating memorable guest experiences.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a vibrant, high-energy restaurant where the atmosphere can shift from dining to entertainment, with music, dancing, celebrations, and an engaged guest environment.

You should be someone who naturally owns the floor, motivates the team, interacts confidently with guests, and knows how to create an atmosphere where people want to stay, celebrate, and come back.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the front-of-house service team during each shift.
• Act as a senior point of contact for guests, ensuring a fun, energetic, and highly engaging experience.
• Coordinate table service, reservations, guest flow, and special requests.
• Maintain excellent service standards while ensuring the atmosphere remains relaxed, vibrant, and entertaining.
• Lead by example with confident, warm, and engaging guest interaction.
• Be comfortable participating in the energy of the venue, including interacting with guests, and engaging with entertainment when appropriate.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve service issues.
• Coordinate closely with the Restaurant Manager, kitchen, bar, host team, and entertainment team.
• Brief and motivate the service team before each shift.
• Monitor table sections, service timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Support upselling of food, beverages, and special experiences in a natural and engaging manner.
• Handle VIP guests and special occasions with confidence and discretion.
• Coach junior waiters and ensure consistent service standards across the floor.
• Manage guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Ensure all restaurant policies, hygiene standards, and operational procedures are followed.
• Support opening and closing procedures and maintain a clean, organised, and guest-ready restaurant.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant, premium casual, lifestyle, entertainment, or hospitality environment.
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Previous experience as a Head Waiter.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Experience leading and developing a front-of-house team.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience working in international or multicultural hospitality environments is preferred.
• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak periods.
• A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for guest interaction are essential.About The Group:
