Role Purpose
The Head of Channel Sales & Partnerships – Auto & Mobility is responsible for building, onboarding, activating, and scaling offline sales channel partners across the UAE, with a primary focus on auto dealers, used-car platforms, and car rental companies.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited for a startup environment. The role combines direct partner acquisition with ongoing performance management. While the fixed salary is intentionally lean, the role offers significant performance-based upside for candidates who can consistently deliver approved auto credit card volumes through offline partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Partner Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify and prioritize high-potential auto dealers, used-car platforms, and car rental companies
- Lead end-to-end onboarding including commercial discussions, referrals, and rebate structures
- Coordinate execution of MoUs and referral agreements with internal legal and compliance teams
- Ensure partners are fully activated within agreed timelines
2. Partner Activation & Enablement
- Develop and deploy dealer onboarding playbooks and sales scripts
- Train dealer and rental branch sales teams on auto credit card use cases
- Ensure correct deployment of offline marketing materials and POS tools
- Actively support partners during first 30–60 days to ensure early traction
3. Sales Performance Management
- Define clear weekly and monthly performance targets per partner
- Track application submissions, approvals, and transaction activation
- Identify underperforming partners and implement corrective actions
- Drive repeat usage and cross-sell of additional auto use cases
4. Field Sales Leadership
- Recruit, manage, and coach field sales executives and channel managers
- Set individual KPIs and commission structures for field staff
- Conduct regular field visits across UAE Emirates
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, credit, and operations teams
- Provide feedback from partners to improve product, pricing, and processes
- Support rollout of new campaigns and partner-specific initiatives
