Handover & Commissioning Manager (EOI)

Jasara PMC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the position of Handover & Commissioning Manager. This role is integral to the successful delivery of high-quality sports and recreational facilities, ensuring smooth handover and systematic commissioning processes aligned with project objectives and client expectations.

As part of a collaborative project team, you will oversee the handover and commissioning phases, guaranteeing that all systems within sports facilities operate optimally and meet all regulatory and safety standards.

This initiative will create a state‑of‑the‑art, refurbished and upgraded complex designed to provide high‑quality accommodation and amenities for sport and leisure—aligned with the project’s primary objectives. The project team will apply proven project management and construction‑supervision expertise to ensure on‑time delivery, strict cost control, and adherence to the highest quality and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the handover and commissioning activities for sports facilities, including coordination of all related systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and security.
• Develop and implement detailed commissioning and handover plans, ensuring alignment with project schedules and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives to ensure a seamless transition from construction to operational phases.
• Conduct inspections, functional testing, and performance verification to certify readiness for facility use.
• Prepare comprehensive handover documentation, commissioning records, and operation & maintenance manuals.
• Identify and resolve any deficiencies or non-conformance issues prior to handover.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations during handover and commissioning.
• Provide training and guidance to facility management teams to support efficient operation and maintenance.Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in commissioning and handover management, preferably within sports facilities or similar infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of sports facility systems and related standards.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience preparing detailed commissioning and handover documentation.
• Familiarity with quality assurance, health, and safety regulations.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
