Gynecologic Oncologist | Immediate Hiring

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Gynecologic Oncologist to join a leading healthcare facility. The successful candidate will provide specialized care for women with gynecological cancers, including comprehensive diagnosis, treatment planning, surgical management, and post-treatment follow-up in collaboration with a multidisciplinary oncology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage patients with gynecological malignancies and pre-malignant conditions.
• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with ovarian, cervical, endometrial, vulvar, and vaginal cancers.
• Perform gynecologic oncology surgeries according to clinical expertise and hospital facilities.
• Conduct complex pelvic and abdominal surgical procedures where appropriately qualified.
• Manage patients before and after surgery and monitor treatment outcomes.
• Perform or supervise diagnostic procedures, biopsies, colposcopy, and other gynecological oncology investigations.
• Collaborate with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and oncology case discussions.
• Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, prognosis, and follow-up care.
• Provide appropriate surveillance and follow-up for cancer survivors.
• Maintain accurate medical records, operative notes, and oncology documentation.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement programs, research activities, and Continuing Medical Education (CME).
• Ensure compliance with healthcare authority regulations, hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols.
• Participate in on-call duties and emergency coverage as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• MD / MS / DNB / MRCOG / FRCOG / Fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Valid or eligible medical license from the relevant GCC healthcare authority.
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience in Gynecologic Oncology for Specialist-level positions.
• Consultant candidates should have appropriate Consultant-level qualifications and experience.
• Proven experience in managing complex gynecological oncology cases.
• Strong surgical skills and experience in gynecologic oncology procedures.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, leadership, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
