GROUT OPERATOR

• Prepare grout materials according to specified mix designs and quality standards

• Operate grouting equipment, including pumps, mixers, and hoses, safely and efficiently

• Monitor grout placement to ensure it meets project requirements and specifications

• Perform inspections and tests on grout materials to verify consistency and quality

• Clean and maintain grouting equipment to prevent breakdowns and delays

• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to coordinate grouting activities

• Document grouting operations, including quantities used and equipment performance

• Adhere to safety procedures and regulations at all times during grouting operations

• Execute grouting operation as per grouting procedure and specification

• To control grouting pumps flow rate, pressure and accumulated volume of slurry pumped

• Follow up grout density and continuously monitoring of grout mixing system

• Supervise grout (cubic) samples taken during grouting operation

• Supervise grout system (cement silo, jet mixer, surge tank, water system and RCM)
