Financial Analyst

AHS, a leading real estate company, is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. This role will play a critical part in supporting growth initiatives, asset acquisitions, financial modeling, M&A transactions and credit rating management. The ideal candidate will provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making, ensure effective capital management, and contribute to the financial performance and growth of the company’s real estate portfolio.

M&A, Investments & Due Diligence

• Provide analytical support for asset acquisitions, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and new investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial statement analysis, due diligence, valuation analysis, and transaction modeling.
• Support transaction execution, coordination with parties involved, and post-deal analysis.Credit Rating

• Develop and manage CRA relationships.
• Take ownership of the credit rating cycle and respond to the requirements of rating agencies, bankers and related parties
• Prepare financial models, projections, and presentations required for rating agencies.
• Maintain a comprehensive dashboard to monitor macroeconomic indicators, interest rates, and regulatory developmentsFinancial Analysis & Modeling

• Develop and maintain financial models for project feasibility, investment evaluation, and scenario analysis.
• Analyze financial performance including ad-hoc financial analyses as required.
• Support senior management with clear, concise, and data-driven financial insights.Requirements

• Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA finance) or professional qualification (CFA, CA, CPA) is an advantage.
• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance, preferably within real estate development.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, transaction execution and credit rating analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
