About the job
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented F&B Assistant Manager to support the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets. This role requires someone who can assist in managing daily operations, maintain high service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction while supporting the team and driving operational excellence.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be responsible for:
Assisting in overseeing all F&B operations across restaurants, lounges, and events
Supporting the F&B Manager in planning, organizing, and directing team activities
Ensuring high standards of service, hygiene, and guest experience are consistently met
Handling guest feedback and resolving any service issues professionally
Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
Training, supervising, and motivating team members
Coordinating with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service flow
What we need from you
Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
Good understanding of service standards, hygiene, and safety regulations
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
