Strategic:
• Attending inquiries from the existing customers and obtains orders
• Negotiation on price, delivery and payment terms to secure orders and make sure that each order meets or exceeds the company profitability target
• Establish new accounts by planning and to call or visit potential customers in the market
• Monitors competition by gathering current market information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to the line managers.
• Follow-up Cash/Cheque collection activities, Credit documents, regular communication with customers on past due balances and achieving the collection targets
• Keeps Line Manager informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysesOperational:
• Generate inquiries from existing customers and convert it to orders, revive old customers Increase revenue by adding new customers
• Contact customers on daily basis for their requirement, delivery and complaints
• Develop existing and new markets to generate more revenue.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
• Contact Procurement & Warehouse department for parts arrival, sale loss, shortage, damage parts.Qualification &Skills:
• Bachelor's degree
• Russian language is mandatory
• 5+ Years of experience, out of which 3+ years of GCC experience in the automotive spare parts
• Experience of Using MS Office / D365
• Product knowledge
• Learning skill
• Work Ethic & Positive thinking
