Evaluation and F&I Processor - VAS (Dubizzle Cars)

As an Evaluation and F&I processor - VAS, you will be responsible for handling the VAS KPI reports and monitoring them on a daily basis. You will coordinate invoices with b2b vendors and handle telesales for our multi-products and services.

In this role, you will:

• Call and follow up on the evaluation leads assigned by call centre within defined TAT.
• Follow up and track our payments for approved evaluations.
• Listen to customers questions and concerns and provide accurate answers/responses.
• Enter data in system and process maximum number of evaluations with 100 % accuracy.
• Keep record of rejected evaluations and inform manager on weekly basis.
• Cross check the evaluations processed and approve the report after verifying the price.
• Check the eligibility of the customer and source the loan application.
• Maintain MIS and create reports for Finance dealsRequirements

• A minimum of secondary education.
• Minimum of 2-3 years automotive / banking /sales support experience in the UAE.
• Past experience using CRM software;
• Detail oriented.
• Strong Automotive market knowledge;
• Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success;
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must possess excellent data entry skills.
• Professional demeanour and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
