We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Analyst to support a largeāscale Cloud ERP transformation, acting as the critical link between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure functional requirements are clearly defined, validated, and delivered effectively.
This is a 36-month fixed-term contract based in Dubai, with 5 days per week in the office.
As ERP Functional Analyst, you will work closely with business users, product owners, and delivery teams to translate business needs into clear functional requirements, supporting the design, testing, and adoption of enterprise ERP solutions across finance and procurement.
In this role, you will:
⢠Work closely with business stakeholders to understand endātoāend business processes, pain points, and transformation objectives within an enterprise ERP environment.
⢠Elicit, analyse, and document functional requirements, ensuring clarity, traceability, and alignment with agreed business outcomes.
⢠Partner with Product Owners and solution teams to provide early input on functional risks, dependencies, and impacts across integrated ERP processes.
⢠Support solution design by validating that proposed configurations and process designs meet business requirements and adhere to standardised ERP best practices.
⢠Collaborate with testing and quality teams to support functional testing, UAT, and business validation, ensuring scenarios reflect realāworld enterprise use cases.
⢠Liaise with other Agile Release Train teams to manage crossāprocess and crossāsystem dependencies, ensuring functional consistency across the ERP landscape.
⢠Support the preparation of business users for change by contributing to process documentation, training inputs, and adoption activities.
⢠Act as a functional point of contact during delivery and postādeployment phases, supporting issue triage, clarification, and continuous improvement.
Qualification
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
⢠Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
⢠3+ Years experience working as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or ERP Analyst within enterprise technology environments.
⢠Experience supporting ERP or large integrated business systems, ideally within finance, procurement, supply chain, or operational domains.
⢠Strong understanding of business process mapping, functional requirement definition, and impact analysis.
⢠Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments, collaborating closely with product and delivery teams.
⢠Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and delivery teams.Leadership role: No
