JOB PURPOSE:
Monitor and supervise the execution of day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to the MOL network and associated facilities, in addition to ADNOC Onshore and third party activities at the MOL assigned areas.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Supervise the activities of assigned personnel and administrator financial authorities established by management to support in maintaining safe activities considering ADNOC Onshore guidelines.
- Administer and monitor the provision of adequate supply of non-stock materials, spares, consumable items in local stores and raises necessary documentation for issuing stock items and / or procurement of direct purchase items, in order to ensure Business Continuity during emergency and daily activities.
- Supervise the procedure of Hot Tapping and Cold Cutting maintaining all personnel are briefed on safe working procedures to be adhered when welding on 'live' pipelines and cutting into depressurized pipelines as required to sustain safe work environment.
- Plan and monitor the provision of efficient and economical welding workshop services in coordination with maintenance and project activities.
- Monitors all work carried within the workshop to ensure that safety rules and regulations are being adhered, stopover any unsafe activities that may lead to any Injuries or Fatalities.
- Operate the MOL network in accordance with operating philosophy, pipeline design parameters, pumping station over pressure protection systems and throughput from fields.
- Monitors ADNOC & third party activities at MOL corridor ensuring compliance with ADNOC Onshore procedures and standards in coordination with Engineering / Project team.
- Monitor routine pipeline patrolling activity to ensure no intervention to the pipelines and facilities, Carries out routine and non-routine pigging operations in order to maintain the integrity of the pipeline.
- Monitor and supervise a multi- discipline team to execute pipeline operations and maintenance to load work data into maintenance data systems such as Maximo, GIS data base etc. In order to schedule and plan future activities.
- Monitor and liaise all pipeline operation and maintenance related service contracts (e.g. pipeline maintenance, right of way maintenance, construction of gatch bunds, support services, etc.).
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Chemical, Civil Engineering or equivalent engineering degree. Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
- 6 years of experience in the field of pipeline and static equipment construction, operations and/or maintenance, protection and condition controls / assessment in preferably in the oil and gas
