Job Description
We are currently seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our vibrant team. At Radisson Collection Residences Riyadh, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume â those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you bring passion, precision, and a strong desire to learn, supporting the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Supports the Chef de Partie in the smooth operation of the kitchen section, ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Assists in delivering an outstanding guest dining experience across all hotel food outlets.
- Works as part of a kitchen team to ensure guest satisfaction, responding efficiently to service needs and requests.
- Takes responsibility for assigned tasks, ensuring they are completed accurately, safely, and in a timely manner.
- Contributes to achieving departmental goals and maintaining consistent quality standards.
- Supports cost control and inventory management within the section, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
- Maintains strong working relationships with team members, promoting a positive and professional kitchen environment.
- Ensures full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times.
- Follows hotel policies and procedures, ensuring all operational and audit requirements are met and properly documented.
- Continuously develops culinary skills and knowledge under the guidance of senior chefs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a relevant role in a busy kitchen
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
