Electrical Engineer - Design & Construction (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is looking for a talented Electrical Engineer with expertise in Design & Construction Project Management to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical engineering projects from conception through execution. You will work on the design and implementation of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and meeting project goals and deadlines. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems for various projects.
• Manage the entire project life cycle, including planning, execution, and closure.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, mechanical engineers, and construction teams.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including specifications, reports, and drawings.
• Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to the management.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project staff. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on design and construction project management.
• Proven experience leading electrical engineering projects in the oil & gas or construction industries.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Expertise in using design software(such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, etc.)
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
