About The Job

An opportunity has arisen for Director to join our IT team atJumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Define and execute enterprise IT strategy aligned with business objectives, scalability, and security

• Lead digital transformation initiatives including cloud migration, automation, and cybersecurity enhancement

• Ensure IT governance, regulatory compliance, and data protection standards across all properties

• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, systems availability, and disaster recovery planning

• Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency and service quality

• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with IT teams and senior stakeholders to improve operational performance and user experience

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 8–10 years of progressive IT experience, including 3–4 years in senior leadership roles within luxury hospitality or enterprise IT environments

• Proven track record in IT strategy, digital transformation, and cybersecurity governance

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Master’s degree in IT Management or Business Administration (preferred)

• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or equivalent
