We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our ever growing team. The ideal candidate will be able to work with multiple teams within the business to develop a strong digital marketing campaign across multiple channels.
The role will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and analysing the effectiveness of campaigns to optimise success.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across online channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align digital initiatives with overall business goals and product launches
• Plan, launch, and manage digital campaigns across channels like social media, email
• Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns for performance, adjusting targeting, messaging, and budgets to maximise ROI
• Oversee the creation of digital content, including website copy, blogs, social media posts, and videos, ensuring all materials are on-brand, compliant, and resonate with the target audience
• Track, analyse, and report on key metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion rates, and website traffic) to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives
• Use social listening tools to monitor conversations around the brand and industry trends to inform content strategiesRequirements
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing software
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to optimise campaign performance
• Experience in creating and managing compliant digital content, understanding industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA guidelines) for marketing in the healthcare space
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices, with experience in content optimisation and keyword research
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and campaigns simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating with cross-functional teamsBenefits
