What will you do as a Customer Service Specialist?
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a friendly and professional service. You will be tasked with handling inquiries, managing schedules, and ensuring that our customers feel valued and heard.
ā¢ Handle inbound customer calls and provide support in a timely and professional manner.
ā¢ Assist customers with their concerns and inquiries, ensuring satisfaction.
ā¢ Communicate effectively with field technicians and other departments to ensure seamless service.
ā¢ Maintain records and documentation of customer interactions.
ā¢ Promote our services and educate customers on pest management solutions.
ā¢ Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
ā¢ Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge.Requirements
What do you need?
ā¢ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
ā¢ Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or fast-paced environment.
ā¢ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
ā¢ Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs.
ā¢ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
ā¢ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
ā¢ Ability to work under pressure with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
