Parsons are seeking a motivated Contracts Specialist - Saudi National to support contractual, commercial, and documentation processes on a major airfield infrastructure project.

This role supports the Contracts Manager in managing contract records, correspondence, payment processes, and documentation. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in contracts or commercial support roles.

What You'll Be Doing;

• Assist in preparing contract documents, variations, and formal correspondence.
• Maintain contract registers, logs, and documentation repositories.
• Support commercial reporting and monthly review cycles.
• Assist in verifying contractor payment applications, quantities, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with finance, procurement, and project controls teams.
• Maintain filing systems, approval workflows, and communication logs.
• Assist in preparing meeting minutes, reports, and KPI dashboards.What Required Skills You'll Bring;

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in contract administration or commercial support.
• Good understanding of contract documentation, logs, and workflow processes.
• Strong MS Office skills and document management proficiency.
• Familiarity with FIDIC or similar contract frameworks.
• Experience using Aconex or comparable systems.
