JASARA PMC is looking for a Contracts Manager to join our dedicated team of professionals for a large-scale mixed-use development project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this crucial role, You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract administration, monitoring, and claims management for the entire duration of the project. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, leading negotiations, drafting contract provisions, managing modifications and variations, mitigating claims, and ensuring adherence to local regulations and company policies.
In this position, you will act as a crucial connection among various project teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met while effectively managing risks. Your strong analytical skills will aid in assessing contract performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in contract management, particularly in the construction or engineering industries.
• Thorough knowledge of contract law and a strong understanding of FIDIC contracts.
• Demonstrated negotiation abilities with a proven track record of effectively managing disputes.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; Proficiency in Arabic is considered a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with contract management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• A results-focused approach, capable of managing multiple contracts at once.
