JASARA PMC is currently seeking expressions of interest for the position of Contracts Manager - Rail. As a leading joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, we are at the forefront of delivering innovative infrastructure projects that support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. This role is critical for our ambitious rail projects aimed at transforming transportation in the Kingdom.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing the contract lifecycle for rail construction and development projects. Your primary duties will include negotiating, drafting, and overseeing contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and project goals. The Contracts Manager - Rail will collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and legal advisors to identify risks, resolve disputes, and foster strong partnerships.
You will also be instrumental in managing contractual risks and optimizing the terms and conditions to benefit both JASARA and our clients. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in rail or transportation projects and a strong grasp of contract law and management principles.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in contract management with a focus on rail or transportation projects fro 10 years.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law and familiarity with FIDIC and rail-specific contracts.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with an ability to manage complex relationships.
• Excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in both independent and team-oriented settings.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Experience with major infrastructure projects in the Middle East is an advantage.
• A solid understanding of the regulatory landscape affecting rail projects will be beneficial.
