Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and diagnose patients presenting with oncological conditions requiring surgical intervention
• Develop and implement individualized surgical treatment plans
• Perform complex surgical oncology procedures with precision and care
• Collaborate with medical oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient management
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring patient safety and recovery
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and tumor boards
• Engage in ongoing research, clinical trials, and professional development to advance surgical oncology practices
• Educate patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and post-surgical care Requirements
• Medical degree with specialization in Surgical Oncology
• Board certification and current license to practice as a Consultant Surgical Oncologist
• Proven experience in surgical oncology, preferably within a leading healthcare institution
• Strong knowledge of oncological surgical techniques, patient management, and cancer treatment modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environment
