Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients with gastrointestinal disorders.
• Conduct diagnostic procedures such as endoscopy and colonoscopy to guide treatment decisions.
• Manage a variety of gastrointestinal diseases, including but not limited to digestive disorders and liver diseases.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance the delivery of healthcare services.
• Engage in community outreach and education to promote gastrointestinal health awareness.
• Participate in research initiatives to advance knowledge and practice in the field of gastroenterology.
• Support the training and development of medical residents and junior staff. Requirements
• Medical degree and board certification in Gastroenterology.
• Active medical license in the relevant state or territory.
• Demonstrated experience in the diagnosis and management of gastrointestinal disorders.
• Proficient in performing endoscopic procedures and interpreting diagnostic results.
• Strong analytical skills with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and teams.
• Dedication to providing compassionate care and improving patient health outcomes.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and community-focused healthcare environment.
• Experience in public health initiatives or community healthcare settings is an advantage.
• Leadership skills and a commitment to mentoring and educating future healthcare professionals.
