ABOUT THE ROLE
A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its continuity-based primary care, preventive health and chronic disease management services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Family Medicine to join its growing clinical team. The role is designed for internationally trained clinicians seeking career advancement, strong clinical exposure, and the ability to practice within a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment serving a diverse international patient population. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who can combine advanced clinical expertise with patient-centred communication, multidisciplinary teamwork, and commitment to international healthcare standards.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across age groups, including acute, chronic and preventive health needs.
• Manage common conditions, chronic diseases, vaccinations, screening and lifestyle risk reduction.
• Coordinate referrals and continuity of care with specialists, diagnostics and allied health teams.
• Deliver evidence-based counselling for family health, occupational health, travel medicine and wellness where applicable.
• Maintain high standards for clinical documentation, patient education and follow-up planning.
• Participate in quality improvement, preventive care campaigns and patient safety initiatives.

• American Board of Family Medicine
• UK CCT / MRCGP
• European / national family medicine specialist recognition
• Royal College Certification (Canada)
• Australian FRACGP / FACRRM

• MD / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
