To comply with country regulations, we are looking for UAE talent to fill this role.
Job Responsibility:
• Regular review and assign all compliance cases to districts Customer Relationship officers (CROs) /Relationship Managers (RMs)
• Maintain a district live tracker on cases status
• Review cases proposed with retention for Senior Managers approvals.
• Escalate the cases to PRB (Priority Banking) support team for intervention as required
• To safeguard the reputation of EI by employing best practice and acting the professional manner at all the time.
• To make sure of Zero compliance /Governance errors
• Must take full responsibility and ownership for PRB customer service at PRB centers by handling all compliance /Governance cases.
• Ensure smooth and seamless process by following up and timely closures of escalations and requests.
• Bachelor Graduate
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar job
