Requirements

⢠Minimum of 5 yearsā experience in Owners Association or community management.
⢠Professional certification in property or community management (e.g., CMCA, M100, PCAM) is preferred.
⢠Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations governing Owners Associations.
⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.
⢠Solid financial management and reporting capabilities.
⢠Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
⢠Technologically savvy, with experience using property management systems and software.
