Community Manager

• Ensure full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) requirements, and Owners Association bylaws.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of service providers, ensuring adherence to company SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee day-to-day building operations to maintain efficiency and consistently high service standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize building performance and enhance overall asset value.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, board members, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead sustainability initiatives and support the integration of technology across the community.
• Prepare and present operational and performance reports to senior management and clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in community management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Owners Association or community management.

• Professional certification in property or community management (e.g., CMCA, M100, PCAM) is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations governing Owners Associations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.

• Solid financial management and reporting capabilities.

• Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

• Technologically savvy, with experience using property management systems and software.
