Key Accountabilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic partnership roadmap that aligns with du Pay’s business objectives, focusing on scalable, high-impact collaborations.
• Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to drive innovation and expand product offerings.
• Lead end-to-end partner lifecycle management — from sourcing and due diligence to onboarding, integration, and ongoing relationship management.
• Negotiate and structure commercial agreements that optimize value for du Pay while ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and operational feasibility.
• Own the commercial performance of partner-driven products and services, contributing directly to revenue growth and P&L targets across remittance, savings, investments, and payments.
• Collaborate with product and commercial teams to co-create and launch new solutions with partners, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
• Monitor and report on partner performance, including revenue contribution, customer acquisition, retention, and operational KPIs, with regular updates to senior leadership.
• Champion innovation through partnerships, exploring emerging and new business models to maintain competitive advantage.
• Represent du Pay externally, building strong industry relationships and positioning the brand as a preferred partner in the fintech ecosystem.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong understanding of fintech, mobile money, and digital financial services.
Experience:
• 5–8 years of experience in commercial partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in fintech, telco, or financial services.
• Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships.
Skills
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments and managing complex partner ecosystems.
Requirements
