Job Purpose
At Emirates, our UAE Sales team is fundamental in ensuring we put our customers first by maximizing our value proposition as a brand. The team is responsible for managing relationships with our partners, customers, and account holders.
Commercial Experiences Manager develops and delivers strategic, insight led engagement programmes for priority clients and stakeholders, overseeing engagement planning, client events, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) activities to support business objectives, client loyalty, and commercial outcomes.
In this role, you will:
• Develop and deliver client engagement strategies, partnering with key stakeholders to set objectives and translate them into impactful client events and MICE experiences aligned with business priorities.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with internal teams and key clients, acting as a central coordination point to ensure engagement activities are relevant, aligned, and consistent across the organisation.
• Oversee the full delivery lifecycle of engagement activities; including timelines, budgets, logistics, and on site management ensuring high quality, seamless execution and exceptional client experience.
• Defines and enforces guest nomination criteria with Unit Heads and is accountable for maximising ticket utilisation that; ensure all nominations drive high value client engagement, pipeline impact, and (ROI)
return of investment.
• Brief, select, and manage agencies, venues, and suppliers, ensuring strong collaboration, high standards, and cost effective delivery that meets brand and experience expectations.
• Define success metrics, analyse feedback and outcomes, and provide insights-driven recommendations to continuously enhance engagement planning, event quality, and client experience.
• Ensure all engagement activities adhere to internal policies, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements while managing budgets responsibly and delivering within approved financial parameters.
Qualification
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Have completed a Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in a relevant field combined with 8+ years of experience in Commercial/Sales.
- Experience in client engagement, account management, marketing, media communications, and others.
- Experience in client engagement, events, or MICE planning in a B2B (Busines to Business) or relationship led environment.
- Strong ability to plan and manage complex engagement calendars or programmes.
- Proven track record delivering high quality client events and MICE activities.
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to engage senior internal and external partners.
- Highly organised with strong project and time management skills.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to link engagement to business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship building skills.
