Role Summary

The Pediasure Key Account Specialist is responsible for driving Pediasure growth through Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagement, hospital account development, pharmacist advocacy, direct-to-consumer (DTC) activation, CRM-based patient engagement, and retail execution. The role combines the scientific promotion responsibilities of a Medical Sales Representative with the commercial accountability of managing key growth drivers across the consumer journey, from recommendation to purchase and repeat consumption.

Key Responsibilities

Medical & Hospital Engagement

• Promote Pediasure to pediatricians, family physicians, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
• Drive Pediasure inclusion in hospital nutrition programs and patient pathways.
• Conduct scientific presentations, educational activities, and account reviews.Pharmacist Engagement

• Build strong relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy chains.
• Educate pharmacists on Pediasure benefits and appropriate consumer recommendation.
• Increase pharmacist advocacy and support pharmacy activation programs.Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Activation

• Execute consumer awareness, trial, and recruitment initiatives.
• Support digital and on-ground campaigns targeting caregivers.
• Drive consumer acquisition and repeat purchase through targeted activation programs.POME (Point of Market Entry

• Lead Pediasure POME initiatives across hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Ensure effective conversion of HCP recommendations into consumer purchases.
• Track recruitment, conversion, and sales impact of POME programs.CRM & Consumer Engagement

• Manage CRM-driven patient and consumer engagement activities.
• Ensure timely follow-up of generated leads and enrolled consumers.
• Monitor conversion, retention, and repeat purchase performance.Retail Availability & Execution

• Ensure optimal product availability and visibility at key pharmacy and retail accounts.
• Monitor stock levels, distribution, shelf presence, and promotional execution.
• Work with distributors and retailers to improve on-shelf availability and execution quality.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Nutrition, Medical Sciences, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, nutrition, healthcare, or consumer health sales.
• Strong relationship management, communication, and commercial skills.
• Experience working with HCPs, hospitals, pharmacies, and retail customers preferred.Role Mission
