Role Overview

As a Cloud Architect, you will be a key driver of business growth and technical excellence. This role is unique it combines high-level Business Strategy with deep Technical Design. You will work directly with our leadership and global hyperscalers to build go-to-market strategies, while also rolling up your sleeves to lead workshops and PoCs for our most important clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Alliance Engagement

• GTM Strategy: Identify and build business strategies and go-to-market (GTM) activities to expand cloud service adoption.
• Sales Alignment: Drive sales for cloud services by aligning technical solutions with Innovative Solutions’ core strategies and client technology roadmaps.
• Strategic Advisor: Actively participate in client-facing discussions, shaping proposals and qualifying cloud opportunities.
• Collaboration: Act as the technical bridge between internal teams, client stakeholders, and hyperscalers (Azure, GCP, or OCI) to ensure the delivery of effective, scalable solutions.2. Strategic Advisory & Execution

• Transformation Roadmap: Advise clients on cloud migration, infrastructure transformation, and long-term cloud strategy.
• Hands-on Validation: Lead technical workshops and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate the viability of proposed architectures.
• Cloud Economics: Integrate FinOps principles into architectural designs to ensure clients achieve maximum ROI.3. Infrastructure Expertise

• Hybrid Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of private, public, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Core Systems: Leverage a deep understanding of traditional infrastructure including servers, storage, and networking—to ensure seamless integration with modern cloud-native architectures.Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 15 years in the IT industry, with at least 5 years dedicated to Cloud/Hybrid infrastructure or Solution Architecture roles.
• Hyperscale Mastery: Mastery-level knowledge in at least one of the following: Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud (GCP), or Oracle Cloud (OCI).
• Broad Expertise: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (Private/Hybrid) and a strong familiarity with Cloud-native application architectures.
• Infrastructure Foundation: Proven experience in building client infrastructure, including physical/virtual servers, storage, and networking.
• Business Acumen: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and consultative skills.
• Proficient in FinOps and cost-optimization methodologies.
